Airport ↔ rail connections
Yinchuan Hedong International Airport银川河东国际机场
Yinchuan Hedong (INC) has its high-speed station west of Terminal 3 and underground, reached in about five minutes through the transfer centre link: roughly 20 minutes to Yinchuan station, 18 to Wuzhong (¥33) and 55 to Zhongwei South (¥78). Yinchuan East is a passing loop and handles no passenger trains. No metro reaches this airport, so the high-speed line is the fastest way into town.
Getting from the plane onto a high-speed train
Yinchuan has no urban rail — the city does not meet the threshold for a metro and its monorail only circles the horticultural park — so there is exactly one route: through the transfer centre.
-
Into the transfer centre, five minutes along the link
The station lies west of T3 below ground. Follow “high-speed rail” signs the whole way — entirely indoors, which matters given Yinchuan’s dust and wind.
-
Fares to Yinchuan vary by train
Yinchuan station is about 20 minutes away with fares that vary by service, roughly ¥6–15. Wuzhong (¥33) and Zhongwei South (¥78) have published single fares.
-
No train? Take the airport bus
Four airport bus routes all cost ¥20, covering Xigang, Xinhua Street and other main corridors.
