In short
Buses at Shenzhen Airport split into two families that board from different doors. The Airport Express coaches (the A and NA lines) number ten, cost ¥10–40, are sold at the counter beside Gate 17 of the Ground Transportation Center and leave from the GTC west platform, running direct to Futian Port, Nanshan, Longhua, Longgang, Pingshan, Guangming, Buji, Yanluo and Bao’an Xixiang; nine of them run overnight, with the NA1 Futian line going all the way to 05:00. The city buses number five, cost ¥2–10 and board outside Gate 16 on Level 2 of the GTC, including the M590 to the airport’s Fuyong ferry terminal and the M527 to Sea World. One important caveat: the express lines publish a service window plus a headway (every 30–60 minutes, for example) rather than a departure timetable, and the last night departure is flexed to the final arriving flight, so read the closing times below as the end of the scheduled window rather than as a guaranteed last bus. The earliest starter is the NA1 Futian line at 22:30 and the cheapest of all is the NA11 Bao’an Xixiang line at ¥10.

For places Line 11 serves directly, such as Futian and Nanshan, the metro takes 30 minutes and ¥7–8 and is quicker and more predictable; for Longgang, Pingshan, Guangming, Futian Port or the ferry terminal the coaches reach your door with far less hassle.
