搭高鐵前來
高速鐵路這條路線的起點與終點都在重慶。多數旅客從Chongqing North Railway Station抵達——接送集合點離出口只有一小段計程車或地鐵的距離，行程結束後也來得及搭晚上的火車。如果你從別的城市過來，可以先查直達高鐵，以及首班與末班的時間。

提醒
- Groups of fewer than two do not run; you are told by 18:00 the day before and refunded in full. Confirm the departure is going ahead.
- The sinkhole floor is about 5 °C cooler and damp, and the boardwalk grows moss. Grippy shoes.
- About 5 km on foot with plenty of steps. If your knees object, walk the main loop only.
- Adding Longshuixia Gorge means a shuttle at the visitor centre and a return to the city after 20:00.
- You are back at Jiefangbei at 19:00 — allow three hours before any evening flight or train.
The lift removes most of the climb and suits children from about eight. The floor is cool, so bring a layer for them.

A lift drops you to the valley floor, then a boardwalk runs under the arches. Standing beneath them is the whole point — you feel very small, and that is the pleasure.
