- Boarding is only at the downtown stops; there is no pick-up inside Luanchuan County or at the scenic-area gate.
- Light-show timing shifts with the season, so the late bus returns later accordingly.
- Catching a train or flight the same evening? Take the 07:00 bus or move a day. Holiday traffic and cable-car queues can run long, and missed transport is not compensable.
- During school exam periods and national holidays, free admission needs an advance reservation as set out in the scenic area’s own notices.
For travellers who want big mountain views and Taoist culture. Moderate fitness is enough, since the cable car does the climbing.
