提醒
- Feilai Peak is free to enter but requires an advance ID-linked reservation — no same-day booking. Send passport name and number after booking and the operator handles it.
- Incense is provided free at the temple and outside incense is banned. No photography inside the halls, and never with flash.
- The tea session is a fixed slot. Arrive more than 15 minutes late and the slot is forfeited without refund.
- The cruise is a lake circuit; it does not land on the Three Pools island. Landing needs a separate ticket and the schedule does not allow for it.
- Traffic is restricted around Lingyin at weekends and on holidays. Take metro line 3 to Huanglong Sports Centre and switch to the tourist shuttle rather than driving.
About 5 km on foot, with gentle steps at Lingyin. The tea whisking is the part children remember — best from about eight years old.

On the water you pass the Bai Causeway and Leifeng Pagoda, and the light does half the work for your photos. Calm, unhurried, and the best way to understand the shape of the lake.
